Only Admin users have access to restore deleted items. Items remain in a deleted items bin for 7 days before they are permanently deleted, so Admin users have the chance to restore them if it was accidentally removed.
- Click the cog icon, then click into Manage Users
- Click Deleted Items from the left menu pane
- Click into the Item group you wish to restore
- Select the item you wish to restore
- Click Restore
- The item will then be restored
If your item is not in the deleted items list, please contact Kynection Support as it will need to be restored from the database backups.
