Overview: This how to will explain how to create a task via email
1. In the subject of the email, add the /task keyword followed by the task name
Use the flags below (one per line) at the beginning of your message body. Please also note the due date will need to be under the format Month then Day.
/due MM/DD/YYYY
/priority 0, 1 or 2
/list aTaskListName
/contact aContactNameOrEmail
/company aCompanyName
/project aProjectName or aProjectId
/deal aDealName or aDealId
/job aJobName or aJobId
2. You can now see the task has been assigned to the individual. Charles Hughes.
3. You can see the due date and priority has also come through.
4. You can also find it under the company it was also assigned to.
