Issue: After resetting the account password, when the user logs in on their iPhone, the app only displays a white screen and the user cannot proceed or interact with anything. (See screenshot below.)
Refer to the steps below on how to fix this:
Force‑quit the app
- On iPhones with Face ID: swipe up from the bottom and pause in the middle, then swipe the app off the screen.
- On iPhones with Home button: double‑press Home, then swipe the app up.
- Reopen the app and try signing in again.
Restart the iPhone
- Press and hold the side button and either volume button (or the power button on older models) until the power off slider appears. Slide to power off, wait 30 seconds, then turn it back on.
Try signing in on another device or browser
- Confirm the new password actually works by logging in on a PC or another phone. If it fails there too, reset the password again.
Check network connection
- Switch between Wi‑Fi and mobile data. If you’re on Wi‑Fi, try disconnecting and re‑connecting to the network.
Update the app
- Open the App Store → tap your profile → scroll to the app → tap Update. Reopen the app after updating.
Delete and reinstall the app
- Long‑press the app icon → Remove App → Delete App.
- Restart the phone → reinstall the app → sign in again with the new password
