- Go to URL https://support.kynection.com
- Click Sign in
- Login using your login credentials.
- If you don't know your password, please click “Forgot my password”
- An email will be sent to you email address to reset the account login.
Review Existing tickets
- Once logged into support portal. Click on your name in the upper right corner.
- Click My Activities
- This will then load to list all ticket Open and closed
- To filter to only open tickets Click Status field and update to Open
