Sometimes we have issues with software / hardware and that’s unfortunate but by lodging a ticket correctly we can achieve a favourable outcome quickly.
Information is key, so please fill out the fields with as much detail as you can so that we can resolve your issues.
Identify the system that you’re having issues with, such as Quallogi, Argus or KIM and follow the prompts, filling in details as required. How to log a ticket via the Kynection Support Portal
- Go to URL https://support.kynection.com
- Click Submit a request, you can complete this process whilst logged in or not.
- Select the Issue type that best fits your support requirements
- Once the Issue type is selected all relevant fields will display. Please make sure to select the correct request type to ensure a prompt response and as much information is shared with our support team to ensure a prompt resolution.
- Once all data is provided click Submit to log the ticket.
