Ability to move/drag line items up and down in a quotation in KIM Sales

currently we only have the ability to move section headers up and down.  

Would like to have the ability to move stock and non-stock (all items) in a quote up and down to arrange the quotation in the order I wish to have them in and not when I added them

It would also be great if I could drag and drop the line items to move them quickly.  

This order should also be represented in the quote output
