HR Module - Training Certificates
- Awaiting certificate to be created as a status that can be shown as a particular colour
- This is where a training requirement has been created but certificate has not been received by the course provider.
- Only display an X for missing certificates where the certificate is required for the User's role, otherwise replace with a "Not Required" or N/A tag
