Sometimes bad data can cause issues on the Kynection Android mobile app. Clearing the data can resolve a number of different issues.
1. Go to settings on your device
2. Go to Apps
3. Find Kynection
4. Click on storage
5. You will have an option to press a button "clear data"
6. Click OK to clear data for the app.
Please note if you have forms, files or other data on the app that have not synced to the server (due to device having been offline or some other syncing issue) then this data will be deleted forever. Please contact Kynection Support if there are file in the app you need to backup before clearing data.
When you next launch the Kynection app, you will be prompted to login.
