Overview: This How to will take you through how to configure Distance Restriction mode during check in on a job
1. Click on the ‘HR’ button in the shortcuts menu
2. Click on the ‘Settings’ button in the left hand panel
3. Click on the ‘Timesheet Settings’
4. Scroll down to ‘Timesheets: Distance Restriction Mode’’ and here you can select the three modes.
| Warning Mode: Only warns the user but allow them to checkin. Jobs with No Geo Location can be selected in this mode but will still prompt a warning | Prevent Mode: Restricts the user from checking in | Hide Mode: Users won’t be able to see project/job location on checkin unless they are in valid geo range |
