Overview: This how to will take you through how to add an email that you have received into KIM as a note.
1. Simply forward the email to the contact you wish to add the note to and CC in your KIM Dropbox email. This can be found by clicking on the person icon in the top right hand corner and clicking on ‘My Account’
2. The note will be linked to the contact who sent you the message (for this case Adam Campbell). If it does not already exist in KIM, a new contact will be created automatically. Look up the contact you have sent it to in KIM. Any attached file in the forwarded message will also be linked to this contact as well.
3. Here you will see the note that has been added via email.
