Purpose
This guide outlines how to stay informed about upcoming product releases and updates within the KIM database using the built-in Product Releases module.
1. Navigate to the KIM Home Page
- Log in to your KIM account.
- From the dashboard, select the Home icon to return to your main workspace.
2. Access the Product Releases Module
- In the navigation menu, click on Product Releases.
- This will open the dedicated module for managing and tracking all current and upcoming product releases.
3. Switch to Calendar View
- In the top-right corner of the Product Releases module, select Calendar View.
- This view allows you to visually track release timelines, upcoming updates, and ongoing background work being completed by the product and development teams.
- Hover over any event to see release details, progress notes, and relevant owners.
4. Sync Release Events to Your Calendar
- Each release entry includes an option to Add to Calendar (via Outlook, Google Calendar, or other supported platforms).
- Select this option to automatically sync release events to your personal or team calendar.
- This ensures you’re always aware of when new updates are expected to go live within your KIM environment.
