Go to the HR module.
2. Navigate to Settings.
3. Under the Timesheet Approval tab, select the Leave Approval section.
4. In the Approve All field, set it to Yes to grant approval access or No to restrict it.
5. Then, use the Staff to Approve option to allocate which staff members’ leave requests this user will receive notifications for and can approve.
Additionally, you can remove an allocated staff member from the approval list by clicking the X icon next to their name.
