Gear - Mobile Upcoming Overdue - full list

This feature provides the opportunity to view all upcoming and overdue services for all equipment in one place. It also includes filtering options based on Project, Project Site, Region, and Flag, along with sorting capabilities by remaining Hours to Due, Kilometers to Due, and Days to Due for better service tracking and management.

Click on "Upcoming/Overdue" services

All Upcoming/Overdue services for every piece of equipment are listed here. We have the Filter option, Sort option and Search box.

Can filter services using Project, project site, Region and Flag.

With these sorting options, services are organized based on the remaining days, hours, or kilometers making tracking more efficient and convenient.

when sorting by KM to Service - the items will be listed by most overdue / approaching to the service to least with services with no KM setup will be at the bottom of the list.

when sorting with Days to Service, the old dates are listed at the top and the recent once are listed after those. And services not configured with Days are listed at the end.

By clicking on any service, you can select the "View Tool" option from the popup to view the linked tool.

If the Service has been created - you can select 'View Repair' to see more details on the particular Service.

If the Service has not been created yet or if there is no superceding service - 'Raise Service will be available in the popup instead of 'View Repair' - allowing the user to Create the Service and start actioning it - similar to the 'Raise Service' button available against the equipment.

With the new Upcoming / Overdue list on Mobile - users can better review the list of equipment servicing needs in the field across their fleet - empowering users to raise and perform services as required without the need of other users scheduling the service to the mechanics in the field.
