Overview: The Roles function limits the forms a user can see/use based on an assigned role. This can be set up within the forms module under Options. Different roles are created that give that type of user access to particular form groups or individual forms. The user is then assigned a particular form through the Manager User settings.
Steps:
1. Click on the Settings button.
2. Click on the ‘Manage Users’ button.
3. Click on the User you wish to edit.
4. Click on the pencil icon to edit.
5. Click on the Role Field.
6. Click on the ‘Save’ button.
