Overview: Contacts and Companies may be further categorised into sub groups, allowing for better organisation. The process is the same for Contacts, Companies and groups.
Steps:
1. Click on the ‘Contacts’ Module.
2. Make some contact selections that you would like to add to a group, then click on the ‘Assign To’ button from the top menu.
3. Click on the ‘group’ button from the dropdown.
4. Then either the specific group.
5. Click on the ‘Groups’ in the left hand menu.
6. Click on the group that was added to.
7. You allocated contacts/companies will have been added successfully as seen in the group list.
