This guide will cover the new items available in the Equipment View for Equipment M&S.
1. New / Updated Options
When viewing a piece of Equipment - you will notice 3 new / updated options available within the Activity Section. Firstly we have Repairs - which was previously called Maintenance. Secondly we have Upcoming / Overdue - which is followed by Servicing.
2. Click "Repairs"
Navigate to the Repairs tab.
3. Repairs view - filtered to the Equipment
We can see that the Repairs view - like previously is filtering the information down to the previously viewed Equipment.
4. Click Back
Click back to continue.
5. Click "Upcoming / Overdue"
Go to the Upcoming / Overdue section.
6. Upcoming / Overdue Services filtered to the piece of Equipment
We can see that the Upcoming / Overdue Services is filtered to the current piece of Equipment being viewed. This allows for a quick check of where the Servicing forecasting is for the current equipment - removing the need to click onto the Upcoming / Overdue Services from the Left Menu - then filtering it to the piece of equipment required.
7. Click Back
Click back to continue.
8. Click "Servicing"
Access the Servicing menu.
9. Servicing information for the Equipment
Within the new Servicing view - we can at a glance see the Servicing configured to the Equipments Category - removing the need to then go check the servicing on the Category when required. The view also if Parts are enabled - allows the user to add in Parts to a Service for this specific Equipment.
This guide has covered off reviewing the Repairs section under Equipment (previously called Maintenance) and the two new items - being Upcoming / Overdue and Servicing.
