This guide will walk you through efficiently navigating the updated Equipment View in Equipment M&S.
1. Click "Categories"
Navigate to Categories from the Left Menu.
2. Select a Category
Select a Equipment Category to continue.
3. Select a piece of Equipment
From the Equipment Category list - select a piece of Equipment.
4. Buttons to perform Actions
As a part of this release - we have made some minor adjustments to the Equipment View. Firstly - the Action buttons still take focus being at the top of the page.
5. Map repositioned next to Action Buttons
Next we can see that the map has been moved up from the Activity Section over to sit beside the Action Buttons. This was done so that the Map didn't force the Activity items to bundle up in a small area - forcing the users having to scroll further down to view Forms and Equipment information.
6. Colourised Items
Now within the Activity Section - we can see that the items currently available on this piece of Equipment are slightly colourised. Also the Activity section will contain History and Cost - which previously were beside the Action Buttons. We have also removed the Map and Form button from the Activity section - as they were redundant due to the Forms section following the Activity Section and the Map being visible if a location is present.
7. Forms section - by Template or Template Group
The Forms section hasn't been change - it will still show Forms against this equipment - grouped by either Form Template or Form Template Group.
