Enhance your workflow by customising the Escalation List layout in Kynection. By modifying default columns to include custom fields like projects and equipment details, streamline your processes and focus on essential information. Follow these steps to tailor the view according to your specific requirements.
1. Default view of Escalation List
Currently we are looking at the Default View of the Escalation list. The columns currently presented will be displayed when no customisation has occured or if all custom columns have been removed.
2. Click "Options"
To customise the Escalation List - Navigate to the Options section.
3. Click "Display"
Select the Display option.
4. Click "Escalation List"
From the options available - select on Escalation List.
5. Click to start selecting custom column layout
Click on Custom Columns to start selecting the desired columns.
6. Select desired Columns from the list
The list will contain the baseline fields currently presented in the Default view of the Escalation List - alongside Tool Repair custom fields and some additional fields from the Equipment like Project, Project Site, Flag and Region. Select the desired columns for the Escalation List to continue.
7. Click "Escalation List"
Now once the desired columns have been configured - click on Escalation List to review the layout.
8. Click "Escalation List"
Now in the Escalation List - we can see that the columns that we have selected are now being displayed instead of the default view that was previously displayed. This view can be easily maintained with columns added or removed in the future with ease. If you want to restore the default view - you only need to remove the columns previously selected so that the customise columns for the Escalation List is empty.
