1. Click "Options"
To start - click on Options from the Left Menu.
2. Click "Services"
Navigate to the Services section.
3. New Column in Services View for Service Form
We can see that the Services Table has been updated to include a new column - Service Form. This will display the Form currently configured as a part of this baseline Service configuration.
4. Right Click Service
Right Click on a Service you wish to edit the Service Form for.
5. Click "Edit"
From the popup - select Edit.
6. Service Form configurable against a Service
When editing or adding a new service - we can now set the Service Form to be completed for this particular Service. The intention is that the baseline services being undertaken for a category - for example ABC servicing would utilise the Category Service Form while additional Services like a NHVR yearly audit can be configured with its own Service Form.
7. Click Tick to Go Back
Once the Service has been updated - click the Tick in the toolbar to go back to the Services view.
8. Click Back
Now lets go to the Categories where we can set the Service Form on Category Services too. Click the Back arrow in the toolbar to continue.
9. Click "Categories"
Navigate to the Categories section.
10. Click on a Category
From the Categories View - select a Category to continue.
11. Click "Services"
Navigate to the Services section.

From the category Service view - we can see that the view also displays the Service Form configured for the available Services.
13. Right Click Service
To edit the Service form on a Category Service - Right Click on a Service.
14. Click "Edit"
Select the Edit option to continue.
15. Service Form configurable on the Category Service
Similar to the baseline Service configuration - at the Category Service level - we can also set the Service Form applicable. When the baseline Service is configured with a Service Form and then this Service is applied to a Category - the Service Form alongside all the other information against the Baseline Service will be copied over and set against. As noted in the text under the Service Form - this Service Form will override the Maintenance Form on the Category. If the Service Form is left unselected - then the Maintenance Form if configured will be used.
