1. Click "Quotes"
Firstly navigate to the Quotes Dashboard from the Main Page in Sales.
2. Click "Bulk Invoice"
From here you will see a button in the toolbar called "Bulk Invoice". Click here to begin the process.
3. Click "Company"
In order to create a bulk Invoice, all of our selected Quotes must be from the same company. To ensure this is done, we can click on the filter in the table, and select our desired Company.
4. Select our desired company here
You can select a Company from the Dropdown list that will appear, or you can search for the specific Company by typing it into the search field.
5. We are now only viewing the Selected company
As you can see we are now viewing just the Quotes for our selected Company.
6. Select our desired Quotes
Now we can select each quote we want to include in the Bulk Invoice. Do so by ticking the boxes to the left of the Quote Number.
7. Click the Approval Tick Button in the Toolbar
Now that we have selected all of our desired Quotes. We can continue to the Claim Dashboard by clicking the Approval Tick at the top of the page.
8. Then the "Create Bulk Invoice" button.
And then click on the "Create Bulk Invoice" button.
9. Here you will see the Claim Dashboard
You will then be taken to the Claim Dashboard. Here you will see each of the quotes and their Sections and Line Items.
10. Select the Claim Number you wish to make.
From Here you can select the Claim Number you wish to make. If a claim number has already been claimed it will show that information here. Select an unclaimed Number to continue
11. Selected Quotes will show if they have already been claimed and what number
Once a Claim is selected the Quote Names on the Left will show their most recent claim and if they have already been claimed under that number.
12. Select your claim Amount. As these invoices have been previously invoiced by percentage. We can only select Percentage
Here you will be able to enter either a Quantity, Dollar Value or Percentage for how much you want to claim for this Invoice. If you have previously claimed anything the lines will be locked to the type of claims you made in the past.
13. Enter you Claim Percentage
Here we will just enter the percentage we want to claim for both Quotes.
14. You can see this percentage has populated to all the items from both Quotes.
You can see here that the percentage we entered has populated to all the items on both Quotes. You can enter these percentages either By the entire Claim at once, For each individual Quote or Section, or even each individual Line.
15. You can see the expected amount in the next column
You can then see the expected amount that it will add to the Claim for each line in the next column.
16. Click "Create Claim"
Once you are happy with the data entered. You can click Create Claim to Create an Invoice.
17. Here you can see the Invoice it has created from our Claim Information.

18. To view the original Quotes from the new Invocie you can just click here and select the one you wish to see
And here you can see the Quotes we created the Invoice from, both linked to the new Invoice. You can go to either Quote record directly by clicking on the Quote Names and selecting the one you wish to view.
