This guide provides detailed instructions for managing employee training configuration for certificates, license competencies, groups and dependancies.
1. Click "Timesheets"
From the home dashboard, proceed to the HR module.
2. Click "Settings"
Access the settings menu.
3. Click "Training Settings"
Click the training settings.
4. Navigate through the Training Log
In the Training settings, go to the training log and select "certificates."
5. Click on the "Certificates"
Input the necessary information for visual certificates dependencies in the configuration by selecting "Certificates."
6. Click the "+" to add a new certificate.
Click the plus icon to add a new entry.
7. Fill in the name and header of the new certificate to be added
Complete the fields for the name and header of the new certificate to be added. The header should be an abbreviation used for display purposes on the matrix.
8. Choose whether the new entry should be added to a group or not.
Decide whether the new entry should be included in a group. A group is used to consolidate multiple training sessions or licenses, thus saving space on the matrix. Use the "Add Group" option to create a new group.
9. Click "Dependencies" from the dropdown.
In the Training Log, select "Dependencies" from the dropdown menu.
10. Check the box to combine in matrix.

11. Click "Save"
Save the changes made.
12. Click "Training Log"
Access the training log.
13. Lists of relevant licenses
View the relevant licenses at the top.
14. Lists of additional training information
This information corresponds to the relevant licenses, particularly in relation to the training needs analysis and role matrix.
15. Colour Coding Status
These represent the statuses of licenses or certificates, indicated by color coding.
16. Right click the matrix to view the training status log of the employees.
To view the training status log of employees, right-click on the matrix.
17. Shows the training log progress status.
Display the training log progress status. "Red" indicates "expired," while "blue" signifies "no record." Refer to the guide located at the top for further details.
