From the main dashboard, go to the equipment module and choose an asset or a piece of equipment.
2. Click "Prestart"

4. Fault is raised
As a result, a fault is raised against this specific question on the equipment pre-start checklist.
5. Click "Pass"
Now the user has the option to select "Pass" for the same item that was previously marked as "Fail."
6. Accidental Fault Removed
The previously raised fault has been automatically cleared.
