Personalise your equipment management by utilizing the Photo Field feature in Kynection. Follow these instructions to efficiently upload images and enrich your equipment database.
1. Click on "Equipment"
Navigate to the equipment module from the home dashboard.
2. Click on the record you need to edit
Click on the Equipment or asset you wish to add a photo for.
3. Click here
Click on the "edit" pencil.
4. Click "Select File"
Scroll down to the "Photo" section. To upload a photo, click on the "select file" button.
5. Fill here
Choose the equipment or asset photo you wish to upload
6. Click here
Once you see the displayed image you uploaded, click on the checkmark icon to submit the details for editing.
7. Check for the image you uploaded
The image you uploaded is applied as the Equipment picture.
