This guide will walk you through configuring columns in ServiceForms using the Kynection application. Follow the instructions below to customize the columns to suit your needs efficiently.
1. Click "Service Forms"
Access the service forms section from the equipment module in the home dashboard.

The Service Forms table has been updated to allow configuration with the columns of your choice, giving you the ability to focus on the data you need most. This eliminates the need to click into each record to review form information.
3. Click "Options"
To customise the columns available - Access the Options menu.
4. Click "Display"
Select the Display settings.
5. Click "Service Forms"
Scroll down to the Service Forms section. You can configure the columns which you want displayed in the "Service Forms" view.
