Explore how to manage expiries efficiently with the Kynection application. Follow the instructions below to navigate through the Expiries section and access vital information effortlessly.
1. Click "Expiries"
Navigate to the Equipment module from the Home dashboard, then access the Expires section.
2. Click "Expiries"
The table header for Expiries has been upgraded to match that of Equipment. Previously, the view resembled a matrix and displayed equipment regardless of whether they had Expiry information configured. The updated view is simplified, presenting the Equipment Name, Category, Expiry, Date of Expiry, and Reference. The Expiry column indicates the type of expiry. The Reference column consolidates the additional information fields selected for that particular Expiry into one field. Moving forward, only valid Equipment Expiry information will be displayed, streamlining the view.
3. Click "⬆"
You can choose the "⬆" option for sorting the data in ascending
4. Click "⬇"
You can choose the "⬇" option for sorting the data in descending.
5. Click "Expiry"
Click on any column to filter the data with any one of the available column value. For instance, click on "Expiry".
6. Click "Mech Last Date"
Click on "Mech Last Date", from the dropdown box
7. Expires
The resultant data is displayed
