21. Overview of a Defect to highlighting different Custom Fields available
Currently we are just reviewing a Defect that is in the Draft stage. You can see that the Defect has different fields to the previously raised Fault that we went through. Further to this - we can also see that it has some Custom Fields visible that we didn't see previously on the Fault either. This is possible as a part of the new release where we now have the ability to assign equipment Repair Custom Fields by Repair Category (Fault, Defect, Service).
This guide covered the updates to the Fault Raising with the "Other " Sub-Fault process, Mandatory Custom Fields, Photo Field Custom Field and finally showing how Custom Fields assigned by equipment Repair Category are displayed.
