This tutorial will help you understand how you can manage your Chemical Safety Data Sheets in KIM.
1. Click "Safety/QA"
We will look at both the SDS Register and the "Chemicals" Module options. In both cases you will start by heading into your QHSE Area:
2. Click "SDS Register"
For the SDS Register click on the register -
3. Click "Chemicals"
And if you are using the Chemicals Module, click on Chemicals
4. Click the "+" icon
In both cases, click on Plus to add a new item
5. Fill in all the required fields
And fill in the basic information about the product.
6. Click the tick
Once all data is added, click Tick.
7. Click "Chemical Risk Assessment"
If required - you may proceed to completing a Chemical Risk Assessment.
8. Click "Submit"
When ready, click Submit.
9. And view your register....

Please note: Adding an image of your SDS, Adjusting display columns and completing a chemical Risk Assessment is currently only possible through the SDS Register. Thank you for watching!
