This presentation will show you how to record an observation, an opportunity for improvement or a non-conformity in KIM and assign corrective or preventive actions to best resolve or it if required.
1. Click "Contacts"
Start by navigating to the "Contacts" button on your main menu.
2. Click "Companies"
Then "Companies"
3. Locate your company
Locate your company (or the company against which you are raising the issue) - You can do it either way.
4. Click on the "+"
Click on the "+"
5. Click "Form"
Click on "Form"
6. Navigate to the correct folder
Navigate to the template folder containing the NCR Template. This is usually a Quality folder.
7. Click "NCR/OFI Register"
Click on the "NCR/OFI Register" button
8. Click the tick
Complete your issue information
9. Click "Submit"
Click on the "Submit" button to send your issue for review
10. Click the edit pencil
The supervisor or manager receiving the issue will click on the edit button...
11. Click the tick
They will add their notes... and click "Tick"
12. Click "Add CPAR"
If an action is needed, a manager or a supervisor will create a task.
13. Click "Assign"
They will fill in all the details and click "Assign"
14. Click "Next Step"
Once all tasks are added, it's time to click "Next"
15. "Assigned"
This will show created tasks by status...
16. Click "Submit"
When staff members are ready to complete their tasks they click Submit
17. "Completed"
Which changes the task status to "Completed"
18. Click "Close NCR"
The issue is now ready to close
19. Click "Safety / QA"
And you can check out all of your Issues in the register...
20. Click "NCR/OFI Register"
Click on the "NCR/OFI Register" button to check it yourself...
