This tutorial will show you how to complete a Take5 form in KIM:
1. Click "Projects"
First let's locate the project we are working on...
2. Click the "+" icon
Once inside the project - let's click on the Plus button at the top
3. Click "Form"
Quickly let KIM know we are looking for a form -
4. Click the "SAFETY" folder
Select the correct folder from the list
5. Click "Take-5"
And simply click on our Take-5 form to begin...
6. Click the tick
Once completed, let's click the tick at the top to save
7. Click "Submit"
And then submit our form for review. Simple... right?
