1. Click 'Projects module'
To begin, let's click on the Projects module from the home dashboard.
2. To Create A Project
In this section, you'll find a comprehensive list of all your projects. To create a new project, simply click on the "+" icon.
3. Click "Dashboard"
Access the dashboard by clicking the designated button.
4. Click "Gantt Chart"
The Project dashboard furnishes a timeline overview of all your ongoing projects, with milestones conveniently listed against each one. Click on the Gantt chart view
5. Click "Defects"
We also have the capability to showcase all your projects and milestones in a Gantt chart display. Click on the profit and loss tab
6. Filter
Additionally, this displays the profit and loss for each project. Here, you can view details such as claim retention, equipment costs, subcontractor costs, the percentage of project completion, the original and remaining value amounts, and any onsite variations.
7. Click "Groups"
Navigate to the Groups section by clicking the button.
8. Click "Projects"
In this section, you have the flexibility to create various project groups. For instance, you could organize civil construction projects in one group and structural construction projects in another.
9. Click A Project
Let's delve into a project. For this example, I'm selecting the demo civil project.
10. Click "Staff"
A Project serves as a container that encompasses everything related to it. We gain access to all relevant information, including forms, SWMS, site diaries, photos and much more. If we navigate to the staff tab, we can further explore...
11. Employee Shifts
Here, you can observe the total staff hours and costs associated with this specific project. The timesheet data is populated from our HR module, providing details like the start and end times of employee shifts and any notes left by the workers
12. Click "Project Items"
Navigate to the Project Items section by clicking the button.
13. Click Purchase orders
In this dashboard, you can review all the products that have been received and those that are still pending. Let's proceed by clicking on the Purchase Orders tab.
14. Click "Received Products"
In this section, you have a detailed list of all the purchase orders that you have created. Let's proceed by clicking on the "Received Products" tab.

Within this task, you can view essential details such as the due date, owner, start date, and associated milestone. There are additional tabs available for further exploration, allowing you to delve into fault details and review forms, among other information.

Access the Jobs section by clicking the button.

In this section, you can view all the jobs associated with the project. Select a Job from the list

In this section, you can explore all the details of this specific job, including compliance forms, checklists, site diaries, and more. Additionally, client details are available, along with a map displaying the job's location.

In this example, we have sourced data from a quote in our sales module. The milestones are linked to specific sections of the quote. Each section contains subtypes with line items detailing the costs of materials, labor, subcontractor expenses, and equipment, which are creating milestones for the project.
