This guide will walk you through the process of job creation from runs using KIM. From opening the Scheduler to importing a job order and editing runs, you'll learn the steps required to efficiently manage job creation.
Go to kynection.upvise.com
1. Click "Scheduler"
On the home dashboard and select the "Scheduler" from the menu.
2. Click "Runs Dashboard"
To access the runs dashboard, click on the three dots icon and select runs dashboard
3. Click "Import Job Order"
This will display a list of all current job orders. Now, click on the "Import Job Order" option."
4. Click "Select Excel File"
Select the "Excel File" option and locate the filled-out template for the jobs you want to import. You can find the template by clicking on the "Download Job Orders Sample" link.
5. Select from the list of all Job orders
To create a run, select the job orders that are to be combined to make up a load. If it's a single pick up and delivery then select the single job.
6. Fill "on"
Once selected, click on Create Run button
7. Click "Runs" to view all runs
To access the runs, simply navigate to the "Runs" tab.
8. Click to view particular run
To view a specific run, click on the respective line item.

You can view the details of the run, where the system automatically links pick-ups and deliveries at the same location. To change the order of pick-ups and deliveries, simply select the line and use Drag and Drop. The order on the run will flow through to the scheduler and then the job once confirmed. Select the back arrow to exit and return to the scheduler view.
10. Drag and drop event against Trailer/s
To allocate a run to a trailer, simply drag and drop the run against the trailer. Then, select the truck and driver and drag them onto the job. If more than one truck and driver are being used, drag all the drivers and trucks onto the job.
11. Click to Edit
To review or edit the run select it on the scheduler
12. If runs need to be modified at this stage - click on Edit runs
To update the run select the "Edit Runs" button
13. Job orders sequence can be changed
You'll see the selected run with job orders displayed. To change the sequence of job orders, simply select and drag them into the desired order.
14. To edit existing job order click on edit
To edit existing job click on line item then click on edit
15. To confirm the run, click on scheduler event
To confirm the planned job, click on the scheduler event.
16. Click "Confirm"
Confirm the action.
17. On confirmation of event, job is created
Upon confirmation of the scheduler event, the job is created and visible against the event.
18. To view linked job on web, click on job
To view the linked job on the web, simply click on the job.
19. Job will be allocated to assigned staff
Assigned staff or truck can view the job on their logged-in device.
