In this guide, we will guide you through the steps to log a timesheet using the KIM mobile app.
Go to
1. Click HR
Begin by opening the KIM app and proceed to the HR module.
2. Click Timesheet
We can complete an induction, submit leave, and create a timesheet submission. Select Timehsheet
3. Click Check In
Choose the check-in option.
4. Choose Project or Job
The system will be configured to capture just the shift times or allows for time capture against a Project or a Job. Choose the project or job for which you are submitting this timesheet.
5. Select the Project
For this example, I've selected the Snowy Hydronic Project. This project has a geo-location set, allowing check-in only if you are within 10 kilometers of the project.
6. Click Time
Begin by clicking on the time icon.
7. Click here
Enter the time when you started your shift.
8. Click Check out
Choose the check-out option.
9. Enter finished time
Enter the time when you finished your shift.
10. Duration will be calculated
The duration will be calculated based on your check-in and check-out inputs.
11. Travel Time
Allowances can also be selected if configured. Choose either "Yes" or "No" to indicate if you used a travel time allowance.
12. Meal Allowance
Choose either "Yes" or "No" to indicate if you used a meal allowance. Click the checkmark to submit the timesheet log.
