This guide will walk you through the process to creating Adhoc Job in the equipment module on the mobile application
1. Select the Plant Module
Select the Plant/Equipment Module from the home screen
2. Select Equipment
Select Equipment from the drop down menu.
3. Select your equipment
Select the item of equipment you are creating the job for. For this example we are selecting E X C 0 1
4. Select Perform Maintenance
Select the Perform Maintenance tab
5. Select Start Job
Select Start Job to create the maintenance job against the asset you have chosen
6. Submitted faults logged against this asset
Here you can see faults that have been raised against this asset.
7. Select Start Repair
Select start repair to begin the works on the fault selected
8. Select completion date
Select the completion date of when the repair on this particular fault has been completed.
9. Select ok to save the date
Ensure you click ok to save the date once completed.
10. Select Checklist declaration
Select Checklist Declaration to sign off on the works
11. Describe the issue
Select describe the issue to put in additional notes regarding the identfied fault
12. Select Save
Add in your comments and select save to save them to the report.
13. Click here to declare the fault has been fixed
Tick that you have fixed the fault, this is your declaration that all repairs have been made.
14. Select yourself as the user who completed the repair
Select yourself as the user who completed the repair of the fault.
15. Select the user either through search or scrolling
This can be done through searching for your name or scrolling and ticking it in the right hand side
16. Select the tick to save
Select the tick to save you user selection
17. Complete your signature
Complete the signature by selecting it and signing on your device
18. Select the tick to save
Once signed select the tick to save
19. Select Submit to complete the declaration
Select Submit to save the declaration of the works completed on the fault
20. Select the back arrow
Select back to return to the fault.
21. Date of repair
Here you can see the date the repairs took place
22. Select the number of hours
Next select the number of hours spent completing the job
23. Select Save
Once the hours have been entered select save.
24. Select Complete Repair
Select Complete repair to save the repair
25. Select the back arrow twice
Select the back arrow twice to return to the maintenance overview screen
26. Select Finish Job
Select Finish Job to complete all works on this job.
27. Select Done
Select Done to complete
