Picture this, you've got dozens of training logs, license competencies an PPE Register items added into the HR module, and now you want to reorder them. Gah, how do I do this! I don't want to have to delete them out and start again :(
Fear not, follow the simple steps below and you will have them reordered in no time.
- Log into Kynection as an Admin user
- Open the HR module, and click into the Settings from the bottom left menu
- Click into Training Settings
- Click to expand the sub menu you wish to configure
- Change the multi-select from Config to Certificates
- Click Export, to export a spreadsheet of all the records for the selected category
- Open the Spreadsheet. The rank column determines the ordering the requirements display in the Training Settings, and on the HR Matrix. Update this as required.
- Once updated, save the spreadsheet (in .csv format)
- Back in Kynection KIM, use the Import button to update the ranking on the records
- The certificates will now display with the updated rank ordering
