Method 1: if you don’t know your current password and can’t login
1. On the login screen, after entering your email, click the ‘Forgot Password?’ button.
2. An email will be sent to you with an Account Recovery Code
3. Open your emails and look for the Account Recovery Code for Kynection
4. Enter the Account Recovery Code on the app and click Next
5. Enter a new password for your account and click Next
6. All Done! You can now login and enjoy your new password
